Viglacera Corporation – Joint Stock Company (VGC) said that, until now, the industrial parks developed by this enterprise have attracted more than 100 Korean enterprises with a total investment capital of 12 billion USD. Korea is considered as one of the key investment attraction points in Vietnam.

Viglacera has focused on improving the quality of technical infrastructure and services, responding to the strict needs of investors to become the choice of many leading corporations from Korea. Specifically, Viglacera has successfully attracted many strong businesses from Korea such as Samsung, Amkor, Hyosung, Kortek, Anam Electronics…

According to Viglacera, the success is also partly thanks to the collaborative efforts of Korean consulting units. Representative of the consulting unit, Mr. Hong Sun – Chairman of Kocham affirmed that he will continue to accompany Viglacera in stimulating investment promotion in industrial parks developed by Viglacera.

As one of the three most stable partner countries, Korea is increasingly becoming an important investment partner of Vietnam for reasons not only of the large amount of capital, but also because this country’s investment capital is rightly aimed at the Vietnam’s strategic goal of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) – commented by consulting units.

In 2023, Viglacera aims to focus on attracting investment in some industrial parks such as: Tien Hai (Thai Binh), Phong Dien (Thua Thien Hue), Thuan Thanh 1 (Bac Ninh). All of these industrial parks have complete, synchronous, modern infrastructure, ready to welcome businesses to rent and build factories.

Currently, Viglacera Corporation has invested and operated 11 industrial parks in Vietnam and 1 economic zone in Cuba, attracting 16 billion USD of FDI capital from more than 300 domestic and foreign enterprises; among them, Korean businesses account for more than 100 with many big names.

According to the orientation, by 2025, the Corporation will increase the total number of industrial parks under the Viglacera brand to 20 with over 10 new industrial parks, the total area is expected to increase by about 2,000 – 3,000 hectares to develop the Industrial park’s land fund in order to serve the needs of investors./.
