On 31 December 2024, in Bac Ninh, Electrical Measuring Equipment Joint Stock Company EMIC held a signing ceremony handing over the title of Company’s General Director and Announcing the decisions on appointment of personnel for Company’s Executive Board. Accordingly, from 1 January 2025, Mr. Bui Anh Khoa has officially become new General Director of Electrical Measuring Equipment Joint Stock Company EMIC.

The signing ceremony handing over the title of General Director between Ms. Le Thi Nga and Mr. Bui Le Khoa on 31 December 2024 in Bac Ninh.

Mr. Bui Anh Khoa has many years of experence with the GELEX system. He has worked in many positions and contributed to the general development of the Group. In his new position, Mr. Khoa said that he would accompany with the Leadership team and all staff of EMIC in implementing strategic directions planned by the Company’s Board of Directors (BOD).

Mr. Khoa predecessor, Ms. Le Thi Nga will undertake the role of a member of the Company’s BOD, following the development and strategic direction of EMIC in the new period.

GELEX Group’s General Director, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan and Mr. Do Duy Hung – The president of EMIC’s Board of Directors presented flowers to congratulate the new General Director and members of BOD of EMIC.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – GELEX Group’s General Director congratulated Ms. Le Thi Nga. Despite facing with many difficulties, Ms. Nga and the Company’s Executive Board have led EMIC to achieve heartening results, especially in 2024. The General Director also congratulated Mr. Bui Anh Khoa on undertaking the new mission, continuing the prior achievement. This is a solid ground for the new General Director and the EMIC team to continue to grow stronger.

GELEX Group’s General Director assigned the EMIC Board of Directors the task on expanding export to the international market in the next time. This is a chance, but also a great challenge, requiring EMIC to constantly strive, upgrade and innovate in order to achieve the goals planned in 2025.

On this occasion, Electrical Measuring Equipment Joint Stock Company EMIC also announced the decisions to appoint the key personnel in the Executive Board, including the following positions: Business Director, Supply Chain Director, Chief Accountant, Technical Manager, Technical Manager of Water Meter, Electronic Technical Manager and Purchasing Manager.

On the same day, 31 December 2024, Gelex Electricity Trading Joint Stock Company (GETC) announced the decision to appoint Mr. Vu Duc Tung as Director.

The ceremony to announce the decision on appointing the Director and handing over the mission of the Gelex Electricity Trading Joint Stock Company on 31 December 2024.

Upon assuming the responsibility, Mr. Vu Duc Tung expressed that, under the instruction and the strategic direction from the BOD, the GETC team will unite and strive daily to develop, contribute to the general achievement of the Group.

The above-mentioned appointment of Senior Leaders and Managers is part of the GELEX Group’s Group’s Next Leadership Team Planning Program, with the desire to enhance operational capacity and meet the system management requirements of the business in the current period.
