GELEX Group Joint Stock Company and two member units, Viglacera Hung Yen Joint Stock Company and Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, have donated 2.5 billion VND for the “temporary and dilapidated houses removal program in Hung Yen province in 2025”

The program was launched throughout Hung Yen province on December 31, 2024, with the spirit of “the strong protect the weak”, following the humanitarian tradition of the Vietnamese.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Province People’s Committee, stated that there are currently 2,800 households in the province facing difficulties and living in makeshift, dilapidated homes. Therefore, the local government aims to complete the construction of new houses for these struggling families by the end of 2025.

At the launch ceremony, the province has mobilized and received more than 29 billion VND from various units and businesses supporting the program.
