IR Awards 2023: GELEX, VIGLACERA, CADIVI among the TOP listed companies that have fulfilled their disclosure obligations in 2023
This was announced in the “Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure Activities in the Securities Market in 2023” under the IR Awards 2023 program, released on June 20th, 2023.
The survey was conducted on 731 listed companies on HOSE and HNX before May 1st, 2022. The survey period lasted for 12 months, from May 1st, 2022 to April 30th, 2023. The regulations of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on November 16th, 2020, and other regulations from relevant state agencies were used as standards for the Survey Criteria of the Program.
The list of listed companies that meet the Securities Market Information Disclosure Standard 2023 includes 364/731 units, accounting for about 50% of the total surveyed companies, slightly lower than the rate of 52% in the previous year.
Among the TOP 364 companies that meet the Information Disclosure Standard, GELEX Group, as well as subsidiaries such as Viglacera Corporation and Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI), have consistently complied with the standards, ensuring fairness and transparency. These companies have issued rules and procedures for information disclosure and proactively researched and updated relevant legal regulations.

IR Awards is a program that recognizes the best listed companies with good IR activities, jointly organized by Vietstock, VAFE Association, and FILI newspaper. The program evaluates the IR activities of listed companies annually, including a comprehensive survey of information disclosure activities in the securities market within 12 months, public IR voting, and evaluation of IR from professional financial institutions.
