On November 02 in Hanoi, within the framework of the announcement ceremony of “National Brand 2022”, GELEX branded product lines and member units such as: Cadivi, Thibidi, and Viglacera were honored to receive the title of “National Brand” after many rounds of selection and rigorous evaluation.

The National Brand Award is the only trade promotion program at the Government level with the goal of developing strong brands of Vietnamese enterprises. This is a prestigious award, recognized by the Government, the business community, and consumers recognizing and honoring the values “Quality – Innovation, creativity – Pioneering capacity”.

After nearly 20 years of establishment and development, the program has contributed to promoting the role of brands in adding value to products as well as the value of businesses, thereby improving the competitiveness of enterprises and affirming position of the Vietnamese brand.

In 2022, the 8th national brand selection period continued to attract the attention of more than 1,000 businesses in different industries and segments, despite the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic and the instability geopolitical situation in the worldnegatively affecting many aspects of socio-economic life and production and business activities of enterprises.

According to information from the program, GELEX branded product lines and member units voted as National Brand in 2022 included: GELEX current transformers; GELEX voltage transformers; CADIVI power cable; THIBIDI distribution transformers; Sanitary ware Viglacera; Building glass, Viglacera energy-saving glass; Real Estate Viglacera Industrial Park.

National Brand Certification has been the pride associated with GELEX, Cadivi, Thibidi, and Viglacera brands for many years. The products of these enterprises all meet the criteria of the National Brand, such as competitiveness, the growth rate of production and business, brand reputation, contribution to the budget, good implementation of corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development associated with environmental protection.

Brands under the GELEX system have received the National Brand Award for many years consecutively: CADIVI with 8 times successively; Viglacera with 6 times successively; GELEX with 5 times successively, THIBIDI with 4 times successively.

This achievement is sustainable proof affirming the prestige and strength of GELEX Group and its member units on the journey of more than 32 years of establishment and development.
