On the evening of November 19, the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024 was announced from the evaluation of more than 700 businesses, 65,000 experienced employees in 18 segments and industries.

This year, alongside familiar names like Unilever, Vingroup, FPT… GELEX was recognized for the first time.

The best workplace in Vietnam is an annual working environment ranking, sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Its evaluation model and methodology are validated by market research company Intage Vietnam. Now in its 11th year, the list has been published with the aim of recognizing the efforts of businesses in building an ideal working environment.

GELEX representative received the certificate of Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam by Anphabe.

Originating from the investment group model with continuous M&A activities, GELEX currently owns many enterprises with a long history of development. In the recent period, GELEX recorded a stable growth rate. Notably, in 2024, GELEX surpassed its annual profit target by 30% within just 10 months. For 5 consecutive years, the company has been ranked in the Top 50 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam 2024. GELEX brand value also increased by 55% after only 1 year (from 2023-2024), being in the “TOP 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam 2024”.
