Gelex Electric introduced 3 lines of environmentally friendly electrical cables.

Gelex Electric participated in the 12th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology and Equipment (Vietnam ETE 2019) and the 9th International Exhibition on Green Energy-saving Technology and Products (Enrtec Expo 2019) as a leading enterprise in this segment, continued to affirm that the electrical equipment was the core and traditional business segment of GELEX Group.

Gelex Electric owned and managed Vietnam’s leading traditional, experienced and well-known brands such as CADIVI, THIBIDI, EEMC, EMIC and HEM, VIHEM. In particular, CADIVI and THIBIDI are 2 units that have won the title of National Brand for many years, number 1 in the market in the same product line and many regional and international awards.

This year, Gelex Electric has continued to bring to exhibition the key products which are energy-saving and environmentally friendly such as: CADIVI electrical wires and cables; 1 phase, 3 phase transformers, dry transformers, Amorphous transformers technology transfer from Japan, cold zinc painted transformers for saline and wet areas of THIBIDI; 1-phase, 3-phase electric meters of all kinds, current transformers, voltage transformers for medium and low voltage measurement, Volt meters, Amperes of all kinds of EMIC.

HEM has been the leader in manufacturing transformers with capacity from 10 – 10,000 kVA, voltage up to 35 kV, designed and manufactured according to IEC-76 standards. Currently, HEM has been an enterprise with the largest synchronous production line of transformer casings and transformer casings folding equipment in Vietnam, which is automatically controlled to fold the corrugated blades and seal the blades. The products has been quality tested and evaluated in the transformer testing laboratory on advanced equipment.

Especially, with a team of R&D who always research, create and transfer technology from advanced countries, Gelex Electric had an array of new products on display in this exhibition. It was CADIVI that launched 3 new product lines of environmentally friendly electrical cables (Eco-Friendly), lead-free, heat-resistant, fireproof and non-toxic, and easy in construction and installation. In particular, especially serving the increasing demand for the development of solar renewable energy segment, the CADIVI solar power cable product line was developed according to specialized features that meet European standards.

CE/FRT-LSHF Cable: Low smoke zero halogen flame retardant cable, copper conductor, XLPO insulated sheath suitable for use in public works, buildings, high-rise buildings, airports, subway stations, tunnels and works with high requirements on fire safety; in fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, smoke alarm and smoke extraction system, exit light system.

VCm/HR-LF without housing, soft copper core, 105 °C (HR – Heat Resistance) lead-free (LF – LLead-Free suitable for companies manufacturing and assembling electrical cabinets, control panel cabinets, household electrical equipment, electronic equipment, etc. Construction units of electrical cabinets, electrical systems in buildings, sskyscrapers etc.

Solar power cable (H1Z2Z2-K cable, PV cable, solar cable): Tinned copper conductor, XLPO insulation, XLPO sheath, high temperature resistant up to 120℃ suitable for use in connecting direct current between photovoltaic panels and to direct current to alternating current converters. The cable is specially designed to meet the strict technical requirements in the solar power generation system.
